Welcome to my professional journey! Out of 25 years of IT journey, last 19 years were with Tata Consultancy Services, I scaled a $15M portfolio to $18M within 3 years, reduced IT spend by 5% year-on-year for a European semiconductor client, and sustained attrition below 6% across large, multi-geography delivery teams. I have governed $250M contracts across 11 engagements, strengthened client trust through transparent governance, and secured repeat wins by delivering complex Oracle Fusion and cloud transformation programs against stiff competition.
My current passion lies in AI/ML and GenAI adoption. Over the last 2 years, I cross-trained 350 consultants on AI/ML basics, facilitated hackathon-led solution accelerators, and nurtured innovation pipelines that positioned delivery units for long-term competitiveness.
